thank you cards

ok so computer is dead, but lucky the guy i sent it to, to try and fix it got all my files off it and one of the other guys he works with was selling a laptop a few models newer then my old one so i bought it from him and Jimmy put my files on it. So made thank you cards for them.



Had the paper from a magazine, thought it was perfect and thought i'd use the mr fix it forever friends stamp for the card for Jimmy, who tried to fix the laptop. so i basiclly put the paper on a card blank, stamped the image on to Letraset bleedproof paper.



Coloured in the image with promarkers. usual colours for the bear, Ivory, Blush and Vanilla. Henna for the belt and hammer.
Cool grey 4 for tools and screws.
Cool grey 1 for shadows.
Poppy for tool handles.
Carnary for mesuring tape.
Bright orange for envelope.
Then i stuck it to some card and ink the edges with Ink it up blue.



then i coloured in a peel off stickers in green and stuck them in the top corner, and stuck the image on with foam squares. i put blue dew drops in the conrers, three of each.



next i put the paper on the other card in a different way added a cardboard topper i got with another magazine, put thank you in the corner and doodle in blue around the card, i added silver gems the the edges.

birthday wishes

a card for O/H's aunts birthday, Penny Black stamp, she does quilting so i used a paper that looks a bit like a woolen blanket,and pink sparkly paper from the Henbury collection, i used a layout i saw on a card in the gallery on Docrafts.





Image coloured in with promarkers and these other markers i found in a bookshop that are like promarkers called Chafford, they were selling them for a euro but only had a few colours so got them in 7 shades of a gray and 3 bluey/purple ones.


The big teddy is done in the chafford WG 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and his tshirt is in Blue Pearl and Canary.
Grass in meadow green, lime green and forest green under the animals feet,
Rabbit in Ivory, blush and vanilla and dusty pink,
Hedgehogs in Henna and their belly's in ivory and dusty pink
Mouse in ivory, blush and dusty pink
Present in Carmine and poppy and the ribbon in canary,
Flowers in poppy,
Ballons and Envlopes in Bright orange, Dusty pink, Canary, Amethyst, and chafford PB 75.
Butterflutters are Amethyst.
Cool gray 1 around the outsside of the image.





Pink and Purple gems from stash, two silver flowers and a purple from stash as well.
i then drew stich like marks round the edge of all the papers using purple and pink pens.





next i put on the seniment using peel offs from Forever friends and alphabet ones for "sending"
