Simple christmas cards,

simple set of christmas cards, made with white card, baubles from a set i got in Pennys (Primark) last year,

i inked around the edge of the cards with Cat's eye chalk red ink, and then periced the top of the baubles with my pokey tool and tread some red spakley thread through them. i got the thread in a fabric shop, its for a sewing machine,

next i put faom squares on the back of the baubles and stuck them to the cards, the big one in the middle and the two smaller ones at different levels on the card, then i added the greeting at the bottom.

next I'd to stick down the thread, i used Anitia's tackey glue and put some on the underneath of the thread with a lollypop stick, and stuck it down, then i added silver snowflakes and red gem dots in the middle of them, i put three of these on each card.

in the set of 5 i made two tent fold and three normal fold. I'm not sure if i like them or if they are too simple, heres some photos of the thread, i love it, i'm not sure if you can see it but its hologramy, its fabby fab but a pain in the ass to stick down, :)

thanks for any comments and thoughts,

Friend's wedding card,

This is the invite we got for my freinds wedding, when i saw it i remembered i had some capsule collection paper that nearly matched it, also i really wanted to make a stunning card for them because they were going use me to do the invites but then their parents decided to go with someone else,

so first i need a card that would stand out so i decided to do a side stepper card, i used an xcut punch along the bottom edge of the card, the wedding colours were cream, a navy blue and silver, i found it very hard to find a pearlesent navy card so id to go with a dark blue in the end, this is how the card turned out,

i used a forever friends clear stamp, coloured in with promarkers,
Bears: Satin, Ivory, Blush, Vanilla, and Rose pink for cheeks and feet,
Hat: Indigo blue
Vail: Sky blue and a silver gel pen for the fabric folds, then i added a bit of glitter over this,
then i used gems and the bits from the punch that i usually throw out, to look like confetti, i mounted this onto pearlesent blue card then onto the blue paper from the capsule collection then onto some siliver pearlesent card, i added congratulations in peel off stickers and a pair of rings,

next i matted blue and the capsule collection paper on the long bit and printed the date of the wedding on cream card, in Chopin Script and printed it in navyish blue, inked the edges with blue in, then i used some light blue organza ribbon and wrapped it to look kinda like a rosette and added a navy blue bow to it.

then i printed S & I in the same script and "on your wedding day" i embossed the S & I with a heart impressions pad, and inked the edges as above, and matted on to blue pearlesent card, and added it to the 1st step,

i found a navy robbon that was very like the bridesmaids dress in a fabric shop and stuck it to the 2nd step of the card, then i matted "on your Wedding day" to some blue and silver pearlesent card and added it to the second step, i added some blue organza ribbon in between the blue and silver layer on it too,

then i added gems to the corners of the typed parts and little hearts gems to the S & I. the bride seemed very impressed with it.

Thanks for Looking

only holloween card

my solo Halloween card for my sister in England, i used the mini apature cards from the Docrafts Christmas goodybag, and Dasiy and Dandelion Halloween Decoupage sheets i had from last year,

i also found a halloween Flocking kit in T.K. Max, its so pretty, got 4 sheets of images and orange and black velvetly stuff and Black and silver foil, so i flocked a Pumpkin in the bottom corner and a greeting on the inside,

next i covered the inside of the box area with pumpkin paper and placed Dandelion? in his skelaton costume where he would be seen in the window, then i got a spider from the pack and put him on a string so he would swing back and forth in the window area,

then i added the outside decorations, a witchy Daisy? a pumkin basket and some pretty Doodlebug brads, when i glued up the side of the box before i glued the top flap i put glitter and beads into it,

Next i flocked Happy halloween on some black paper and stuck to the inside of the card.

hope my sister likes it, and thank you for any comments you have
